About beachery

beachery is a site about beaches. It was designed to give beach lovers a place to explore the world’s beaches and collect their beach experiences when they're not at the beach. It is dedicated to sunbathers, swimmers, surfers, divers, snorkelers, bodyboarders, sandcastle builders, and anyone else drawn to the beauty of beaches.

Explore the world's beaches

beachery makes it easy to browse thousands of beaches around the world. You can find specific beaches in the Beach Directory or by searching for them. If you want to browse a region of beaches, click Explore Beaches to browse beaches in the big Map View or click Gallery View to see a grid of beach photos. Tip: in map view, zoom in on the map to see more beaches.

Track visited beaches & share beach photos

After your time at the beach, beachery is the place to share your beach photos and experiences online. Find the beach you visited on beachery and click the 'Add if you visited' button. Fill out a beach report with date, details, and companions. Add your best beach photo then share it with others on Facebook and Twitter. All of the beaches you visit, your beach reports, and your beach photos will appear on your very own public Beach Page. To see your beach page, sign in to beachery and click ‘My Beaches’ in the top navigation. As you visit more beaches, rise up the beach lover ranks as shown on the Beach Lovers page.
